At OnDec (Own Brand of Haldkar Consultancy Services LLP), each hoodie is custom-printed only after we receive all the necessary details (design, size, color, etc.) from you. As this is a personalised product, we follow a no return and no refund policy unless:

✅ The product has a manufacturing defect
✅ The print is incorrect or damaged
✅ You received a wrong size or item than what was ordered

Important Guidelines:

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video.

If the error is on our part, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Returns are not accepted for design errors made by the customer (e.g., incorrect spelling, wrong size chosen).
