How to Access Account Permissions Settings

  • Go to Amazon Seller Central.


  • Navigate to Settings in the top-right corner.

  • Click on User Permissions.




Adding a New User and Granting Permissions

  • Click on Add a New User.



  • Enter the user's email address and assign the appropriate role.

    • Tip: If you're granting limited permissions, explain which boxes to check for each role.



  • Click Send Invite to allow the user to accept and set up their access.


Reviewing and Editing Existing User Permissions

  • If you want to change access for an existing user, go back to User Permissions in Settings.

  • Find the user’s name and click Edit.


  • You can adjust roles or revoke permissions at any time.


Best Practices for Managing Amazon Seller Account Permissions

  • Regularly review user access.

  • Revoke permissions for users who no longer need access.

  • Limit access to sensitive areas of your account, such as payment and tax info.
