✅ The product has a manufacturing defect
✅ The print is incorrect or damaged
✅ You received a wrong size or item than what was ordered

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video.

If the error is on our part, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

Returns are not accepted for design errors made by the customer (e.g., incorrect spelling, wrong size chosen).

I recently ordered a custom hoodie with front and back print, and I’m extremely happy with the product! The print quality is sharp and vibrant on both sides — exactly how I envisioned it. The fabric is soft, comfortable, and feels premium, even after a couple of washes.
